Hi, I'm Michael.
I'm a Composer, Performer and Accompanist based in Huddersfield
After years of study and practice I am now a professional musician working as a piano teacher in a place called Huddersfield. I also write music and provide services in performing and accompanying other musicians and ensembles.
About
Growing up first in Bracknell, Berkshire, then moving to Didcot, Oxfordshire, Michael (known as Mike to friends and family) showed an early affinity with the piano and music in general. He especially showed a keen interest in learning the tunes from films and TV that he watched as a child. Through this he learnt how to communicate through music and has since studied Creative Music Technology at the University of Huddersfield, graduating in 2013 and gained Grade 8 in piano in 2019.

He now teaches piano in Huddersfield and online and gives services to the people of the town to help them on their journey in music just as he was helped in days gone by.
